We bought this 1994 200 Tdi Discovery in 2003, and it's now used as family runabout. Havn't had to do much with it, which is just as well as it's got one of those noisy oil-burning tractor type engines...

Behind the rear bumper lurks a lot of rot...

rear body mounts rotting away

rear crossmember and bodymount now rebuilt and primed

new end plate added in (with wax hole...)

hole in front sill

hole in other front sill

hole in rear of sill as well...

chopped out rotten sill section

made up a patch (with waxing holes) and welded (blobed) in place
