just lifting - some needed a slice taken off due to being over the 2 tonne capacity of the crane...

couple of planks made, but out of time, so crane used to move the remaining (very heavy) beam

will be a very sturdy garden table soon'ish

fence post removal - attach towrope between ram and post using lots of turns for friction

raise splitter whilst trying to avoid suspension compressing too much or a post flying up and hitting you in the face

and thankfully all 20 of them came up nice and slowly with no injuries

shed dragging... built a frame first, then used the winch to drag the 8x6 shed onto the new frame

shed now on and screwed to the new robust frame (with temp sliders)

now dragging the frame and shed across the garden...

using a strop around a tree to angle the pull

lots of old fenceposts underneath to support the frame whilst dragging

after a few hours..., frame and shed now winched up above the support posts already set into the ground

now fully winched into position - just need to remove all the temp posts used to get it there
