Job done - plenty of light now getting into the garden.

A cold morning - reversed the splitter onto some frozen marshy ground...

and when fully loaded, the ground had defrosted...

and as expected, we sank.

but we planned ahead and had the unimog on hand...

Another cold start, and another overgrown beech hedge being lowered

Also some frosty windblown elm to clear up

but we need to get it out the gully first

crunch - reversing 7 ton Unimog "nudged" the Logrover

slightly bent - could have been a lot worse...

back home, small hydraulic jack opening up the wing again

lots of clamps and lumps of steel rearranging the bent aluminium

taking shape

nasty buckle where the inner wing wrapped around the towing ring has now been removed and straightened

Worst of the dents removed, ready for some filler and paint

didn't bother with filler, just gave it some primer for now (too cold for topcoat...)
