Fuel tank removed, tank outrigger cut off chassis, new outrigger added, sill removed, and hopefully a big enough space created for the LPG tank...

The original mounting has been modified and brackets welded into place - now needs painting and the driveshaft mechanism made up and fitted

it's taken a lot of work to make this hole for the lpg tank... outrigger repositioned, body supports and new sill added, tank strap retainers added, etc. now needs some paint, and then the tank.

took most of a day to weld up a tank from scratch - and make it leak proof...

all welded up, primed, and some red paint for a change... also the fuel fillers (petrol and lpg) and some capstan winch fittings getting painted up at the same time

LPG filler now mounted in a modified petrol neck on the left, and the right hand one will connect to the petrol tank once fitted

It's just passed its MOT with no problems at all, and now its getting it first fill of LPG
